MSNBC is reporting a 'Breaking News' story that several explosions have occurred in Camp Falcon (outside of Baghdad). Camp Falcon is one of the bases often found at the center of the controversy concerning the building of 'permanent bases' in Iraq. Thus far, they have no reports of casualties....but....based on the footage they showed I am sure these are forthcoming. Apparently an ammunitions depot is one (perhaps the only) of the sources of the blasts. ....

Hello all, this is my first diary....so take it easy on me(and on my lack of formatting knowledge!).  ;)

Last week an email forward titled "Can Muslims be Good Americans?" made it's way to my inbox. I will not provide a copy of it here, if you want to read it just Google the statement. Needless to say, it is a hateful missive. Usually I just delete such tripe and move on, but this one really stuck in my head. After sharing it with a friend, we decided to create a blog ( http://agoodamerican.blogspot.com/ ) and pen a reply. We used the same 'format' as the original forward. Let me know what you think.
