Just a quick note that while surfing to find coverage of the statements of both candidates I found Faux News showing Joe Lieberman's total concession speech. It was in his total comments, consession, comments and declaration that he will RUN as an INDEPENDENT!!! Total time 18 minutes!!

When Ned Lamont came on they gave him a grand total of yes you quessed it...........8 minutes!!!! Nice coverage...!

My question is who won the Primary? Well, we can now see that the STATE NEWS NETWORK is doing its best to promote its candidate. What a joke! As for the other late night cables......at the same hour:

CNN= More coverage of the troubles in Lebanon= Thanks, Anderson!

MSNBC= Somebody getting locked up behind bars! What a waste!

But, Faux at least gave some live cut-ins, but Joementum got to give his whole speech, but Lamont got waxed.

If this is not another sign of the bias and STATE SUPPORTED NETWORK that FOX is....well.....!!!!

I am writing this comment tonight after learning that one of the main reasons I no longer watch or use CNN as a news source for me in NOW LEAVING to start up a "save the world" website.

Who am I crowing about, well none other than DARYN KAGAN, the 10am-12pm news blabber. I have had a war with CNN since she started news reading in the morning hours after switching from the failed CNN/SI as a sports anchor. I enjoyed her work there and had great hopes for her at the CNN newsdesk.

But, "hold up wait a minute", what happened to her up and coming career, well.....A wingnut love affair with Rush Limbaugh that CANCELLED her CREDIBILTY and KILLED HER CAREER.

My PSNC Energy repairman, Mike just left my home on a repair call. As he was finishing his work, we bonded a few minutes and found lots in common and a lot to agree on. We both come from die in the wool, good and decent families that make up so much of America.

But, our discussion took a real turn when he discussed his role of work when he lived in NYC and had to work at the aftermath of the World Trade Center terriorist attacks occurred on 9/11. He spoke of the pain and suffering, the distruction and the debris, death and destruction.

This led his move from NY to the Raleigh area and to a nice place here in Cary, NC. An area that has tons of Northeast transplants. He spoke of his values versus those of his "rich" neighbors, them thinking he was " Italian mobster" when he first arrived a few years ago.....taking his proceeds of his home sale in NY and buying a large place here.

Well, this is the day of the White Press Pools big event,  the Yearly White House Christmas Party they they all die for. Tonight, they get to rup elbows with the Dear Leader they adore so much. To show their excitement the Fox News Anchors have been mentioning it daily this week with such an excitment as if they were getting something from under the White House (Holiday) or Christmas tree. They have all moved as much of their activities to DC with Bill O'Reilly reporting from there and others bragging about being there. Even Bob Schieffer, NBC and company can't wait to rub elbows with their buds' to get that great party access.

I don't listen to Rush Limbaugh that much anymore, I used to when he was the only game in town, on every dial while working on the road. He used to be at least funny in his ablity to mock Democrats in the past, but when Bush was anointed by the RNC to run Limbaugh changed from a "honk" radio show to one that is obsesive in protecting Bush at all costs. This was way back in 1999. Funny, that is the way all Bush voters act today.

I had discussion tonight with several of my so-called Republican voting friends tonight. When I launched into a fact based tirade about how bad Bush handled this disaster, 9/11, Iraq and how people were dying this week in New Orleans, what do you think these true believers had to say about this weeks activities?

They were upset about the looting, the shootings etc.. They seemed to look past the facts that in the environment that is playing out in New Orleans, these people are at wits end. (Although, I cannot condon the weapon play and the shooting at those trying to help, I understand the frustrations of life and death, right before these Americans stuck in a living hell.

I do not post many Diary entries but I wanted to bring attention to an encounter I experienced today while at work, making a call to an Eckerd's in Pinehurst, NC.

It was unbelievable and so unreal. An experience that just did not make sense, caused me and the lady with me to pause and caution about what is going on in the minds of the Bush supporters. I can't make up what I will describe.

A well dressed, articulate, 60ish' Northeastern Woman who is a retiree' to the area (Pinehurst is a haven for the well to do, that come south to retire and golf) was speaking to a Eckerd staffer as she was checking out. The Eckerd staffer asked her about

I attended a Dick Morris book signing for his latest Clinton Hating Book tonight in Durham, NC.
What was surprising was the attendence which was large and that CSPAN was there. It was well attended and the crowd was clearly from the KOOL AID school of Rethug intelligence.

But, Morris had several interesting statements that I bring forward. Although, I think he is a snake, he does have some expertise.

*Morris stated that he felt that the Republicans will over reach and will attempt to move too far to the Right. This will cause the Nation to clearly Abandon them in less than four years. IMPORTANT!!

*He felt this sets up clearly for a Hillary Clinton candidacy and that she could clearly win.

* Admitted that he thought Kerry was going to win and only at the last hours on election night called Newsmax to state Bush had a chance.

Just wanted to inform about my confrontation with a Fox Business News Contributor this evening when she conducted a talk at a Mass Communications Conference at UNC-Chapel Hill this evening.

Brenda Buttner, host of the Fox News Networks "Bulls and Bears" (Saturday Mornings) spoke on various news topics and before a Q&A ripped into CBS and Dan Rather. Calling them biased and unethical with an agenda to lie about, and out to get Bush!!!! I waited for the regular students to call her out but they failed to and then I pounced!!!!

I stated how can she and her network with a straight face make comments about CBS and not answer for Carl Cameron's lies!!!! His comments and lies stated about John Kerry  posted on the Fox website and his "False Story Reported" about Kerry comments made by phony individuals at Florida rally on Friday. (Reported and Posted).

She was not prepared for my question and did one of the most embrassing backtracks to not anwser my question, only stating, "Network editors at FNC handled that quickly and CBS stonewalled etc....
She immediately moved to another question and then cut the Q&A.
Brenda Buttner exhibted to those in attendence the style and bias that Fox has frauded on this country the last 8 years.

I was glad I added to the debate when she left the hall and others in attendence saw how that question exposed her and her network (as the hypocrits they are)!!! Many in the audience felt that her double-talk was exposed!!!

I was proud to call her on it!!! I will be going to the John Edwards Campaign Rally in Greensboro, NC on today, to welcome our next VICE PRESIDENT BACK TO NC!!!!!

We need to not back down from these pests and call them on their deceit!!!! Go, Johnny Go!!!!
